Media Bias Against Hillary—Robert F. Kennedy Comment

How Media Bias Against Hillary Clinton Works:

1) Reporters REPEAT What the Obama Campaign SAY Hillary MEANT

2) The Public Easily Buys That a Woman Must be Evil (Eve) and Has Sinister Motives (sexism)

3) The Obama Campaign Fans the Flames Keeping the Story on Top: Cycle Repeats "

In 1980, Kennedy came into the Democratic convention at Madison Square Garden in New York City with 1,225 delegates to President Carter's 1,981, with 122 delegates uncommitted. Kennedy stood on principle and people admired him for fighting the good fight. If Kennedy could take it to the convention when he trailed by 756 delegates, why can't Hillary go to the convention trailing by far less?" —Daniel A. Cirucci FACTS: Woodrow Wilson was nominated on the 146 ballot and went on to become President Franklin D. Roosevelt was nominated in 1932 in a contentious convention after 4 ballots and went on to become President. "The Clinton campaign sent a statement from Randell Beck, the Argus Leader's Executive Editor, that sought to provide the context for Mrs. Clinton's remarks: 'The context of the question and answer with Senator Clinton was whether her continued candidacy jeopardized party unity this close to the Democratic convention. Her reference to Mr. Kennedy's assassination appeared to focus on the timeline of his primary candidacy and not the assassination itself.' " —NY Times 05/23/08 The context is clear. Hillary Clinton's emphasis was on JUNE. Her argument was ONLY that nominating contests have historically gone ALL THE WAY to the convention, but SHE is ASKED to DROP OUT, to NOT FIGHT, TO QUIT, over and over and over. She spoke the truth. The malicious trumpeting of her intent as sinister is appalling, and this is exactly the type of media coverage that she has received in her campaign (Trina Bachtel hospital story; King/Johnson comment). No wonder the most qualified candidate, the most experienced, the more knowledgeable, sincere and dedicated contender, Hillary Clinton, is running second to an inexperienced, arrogant, corrupt man like Obama who instigates racial hate against innocent people, and deflects all questions about his character as either "RACIST" or "OLD POLITICS" (Rezko; Wright; Ayers;)
